Helpful Steven of Chester
I was served by Steven in the Chester store on 5th May. I had been dreading upgrading my phone and contract as I am so confused by all that stuff, however Stephen made the process suprisingly quick and easy. He explained everything fully and transparently, answered all my questions in a way I could understand and I walked away with my new phone and a great deal that actually saved me money on what I was paying before. Highly recommend visiting the Chester store if you need a new phone/contract!

I visited Vodafone in Chester as I had…
I visited Vodafone in Chester as I had paid off my o2 contract and wanted to reduce my monthly fee. I came in interested in sim only deals and left with one I’m very satisfied with!
I spoke with Taniya who was lovely from the get go - she was really easy to chat to, understood completely my frustration with how much I had been paying monthly and I left within 30 minutes with a new sim only contract. I couldn’t recommend her customer service enough - she also had my exact coffee order in hand so I knew it couldn’t go wrong haha :)
I’m now paying £21 for 50gb of data which is a huge reduction.

I’ve been reluctant to change providers in the past - far too complicated - but last month when EE wanted me to pay significantly more at renewal, I decided to look at what the competitors offered.
I’m glad I did! My research took me to Vodafone in Chester and the first thing I noticed was the lack of queues. No waiting! I sat drown with Steve, a store manager, and his cheerfulness and willingness to listen commanded attention. He took me through each option and outlined a package which offered excellent value. His product knowledge meant he could answer every question I asked.
Best of all, when I reached the decision to go with Vodafone he sorted everything out for me. Can I keep the same landline and mobile number! Steve sorted it. And my email address? Sorted. What about my Direct Debit? Sorted. The entire process of changing providers took just 20 minutes.
Brilliant service! My transfer to Vodafone is now complete and there have been no hitches. All due to you, Steve. Thank you.
