Dishonest service
Originally got a Big Value 30 package. Expired 6 July. Came into store on July 2 to top up for a Big Value 10 once original package finished. Everything done by staff, not me. Paid £10 to put credit on account. Lady said ‘all done, will just take time to reset”.
Except it never did.
Every time I got the same message from Vodafone saying they couldn’t activate the new bundle.
Then they charged me £2 on July 6, and £ 2 on July 7, even though the only thing I was trying to do was activate my 10.
Came back into the store.
Lady said “it’s because you only have £6 on your account “
“Nothing we can do. I will escalate it”
So now I have to have their sim in my phone so they can call me “hopefully within 2 days” and have no data or call abilities. Fabulous!
What is the point of coming in to a store to get things sorted if staff either do it wrong or can’t do anything?

Such good staff!
I visited the store today to get some ideas on what phones might be available for my daughter, the team were helpful and showed me all the options, explaining things easily for me. Really bubbly staff - we look over my options and will be returning!

We went into Vodafone Chippenham to look at switching to another provider and upgrade our phones. The agent who helped was very knowledgeable and helped us get several discounts on 2 new monthly plans as we already had Vodafone broadband.

Jo the store manager was BRILLIANT!!
I visited the chippenham store today to open a new phone contract and take advantage of a promotion they have running currently. I was greeted by the store manager Jo who was friendly and helpful from the get go - Jo then sat me down and went through each step to ensure i was happy. Everything was explained perfectly and she took the time to answer any questions i had and dealt with every request with a smile. I interacted a little with the other two employees and they were also very friendly, clearly such a great rapport in this store. I left a very happy customer today, not only did i get a great deal and 10/10 service, but they had the phone i wanted in stock so no waiting for delivery which is always a win!! I have to say that Jo is an asset to Vodafone, knowledgable, attentive & and all round lovely person! 5 stars just doesnt justify!
