Five Star Service by Sophie
I've not always had a good experience with Vodafone as I do find them pushy sometimes, however going into the chippenham branch today I felt super welcomed, and not pushed at all by Sophie. She understood both mine and my partners needs and requests without pushing to up sell at every opportunity.
Thoroughly happy with the customer service today.
