We went into the doncaster frenchgate…
We went into the doncaster frenchgate Vodafone office after having a really bad time with the customer service over the phone. We was taken care of by Robert who was an excellent member of staff and sorted out the problem we had straight away. There is another person called Sharan who we had the privilege of talking to about sorting out a phone contract on a previous day. Really would like both of them to get the recognition they deserve. Brilliant customer service from both of them, very helpful and professional. Recommend seeing any of those two if going into the store for any kind of problems.

Very Helpful
Sharan was very helpful to me in store, I upgraded with the wrong phone he helped me swap the phone, helped me fix my sons that hadn’t been working. Helped me get great deals for new phones, existing numbers and an iPad. Very kind and patient
