After checking out the complicated myriad of upgrade deals available on on their website we decided to go into our local Frenchgate store for advice. Brilliant. We were greeted as we walked in and invited to a desk within a couple of minutes. Ten minutes discussion and we were being advised and recommended the most appropriate plans for our needs. Joe was brilliant. His manner, understanding and product knowledge were really impressive. Top man. His colleague Sharan was helpful too. 10 out of 10 for Vodafone Frenchgate Doncaster staff. Unfortunately unusual these days.

A fantastic store due to its excellent customer service. Not only was Danni our advisor able to sort me an exceptional deal, making sure I understood every aspect of the process as she went along, but her expertise in all aspects of phones became apparent advising me on other things I may need with my new phone. Danny was extremely helpful in all aspects and had an extremely friendly and polite demeanor, there was also an advisor who was not bust at a certain time also extremely helpful alongside Danni. Would never go anywhere else. Thankyou to Danni and team.

Super helpful staff and Great deals!
We recently visited Vodafone Doncaster, because our monthly bill had increased compared to when we first signed up two years ago.
Rob was extremely helpful _he explained that the increase happened because our original contract peroid had ended and the plan had automatically moved to the standard rate which we hadn't realised. He then adjust our plan, giving us a lower monthly price with double the Internet speed!
Huge thanks to Rob and the whole team for the awesome service.

I came into the French gate center to…
I came into the French gate center to the Vodafone shop to change my pay as you go contract to a monthly account. I was looked after by Sharan who skillfully talked me through my options which was duly put in place Sharran was patient and helpful he did all he could to make the process as easy as possible. Sharan was a very pleasant and helpful person. Competent . Explained everything carefully. The manager was also helpful by checking he had done all correctly changing our broadband over. Highly recommend this store and it's staff.
