I've been using a Vodafone SIM and internet service for almost 4 years. Recently, I moved to a new area where their internet simply doesn't work. When I contacted them, they admitted there’s an issue and claimed they’re "actively working on it."
I explained that I’m in a contract and requested a refund for the service I can’t use. Their response? "We can’t do that."
Today, I received a call from a senior manager who suggested trying some steps to fix the issue and promised to call back if they didn’t work. As a "solution," he offered me a £20 voucher to spend anywhere—completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Avoid Vodafone at all costs.

Declan at Dunfirmline what a star!
Declan at Dunfirmline store was brilliant, made the changeover from my 3 phone number to Vodafone so easy and the in store deal was much better then I expected! Very happy with the service and really recommend going into the store to discuss options.

Upgrade time
Went in for an upgrade looking at the A15 but the store didn't have any in stock but luckily Dan had a look at what he had in stock and not only did I get the better model the A35 but also more data and by more I mean unlimited, so I will never run out.

The staff in the Vodafone store in Dunfermline are a pleasure to deal with. My dad who is 87 years old and has just purchased his first iPhone. The guys in particular Dan and Finn have been extremely supportive, professional and patient. I couldn’t praise them highly enough

New phone
Went in to buy a phone and I wanted to pay for it outright and Dan opened up my account and not only did I get the phone I wanted but I also got a better sim deal to match what I will need moving forward
