Great service from our assistant who when that extra bit to help us .
Great service from our assistant who looked after us really well and she couldn’t do enough for us as we chopped and changed a few times what we wanted, but she showed us all the options and was really good . The assistance name was. AMA who was excellent.

Visited the Ely store today
Visited the Ely store today, terrible customer service.
One staff member was arguing with a customer and the staff member serving me was more interested in listening to this conversation,
Didn’t listen to what I was saying, was constantly looking around totally uninterested.
Got up and walked out in the end.
Was a loyal Vodaphone Customer now moving to Sky Mobile.

As the face of Vodafone, Thea, the adviser was great.
I had the strong sense that the advisor, Thea, really was looking to find me the best deal. She reviewed my past data usage in detail and made very helpful observations and suggestions. I would trust her advice.
