I was in on Monday 10th March falkirk store.
The staff where so helpful explaining everything to me and my options for broadband
Also that Vodafone do all the leg work for me when transferring from a different provider.
Staff are welcoming friendly different the best move I have done

Wow, amazing service for getting me the best deal for what I was after and the staff are so great and down to earth. Was in getting a new phone after my old one broke, was treated as one of their own and had a great laugh during the process as well as getting a replacement phone with all my old stuff transferred in seconds. 5 star review every time

Professional and a Credit to the company
Went in with issues regarding my SIM card. Spoke to Cleo who was professional and friendly who helped me replace it and made sure it was resolved. Can’t praise enough.
