Sergiu and Adnan were amazing
Sergiu and Adnan were amazing.
I went in to get a new phone, they helped me with that and then they transferred the data for me, showed me how to use my new phone, tips; tricks and features.
Had a nice chat while we were waiting too!
By far the best Vodafone store in London, I will recommend to my family and friends, 10/10 experience.

Exceptional service from Evindar specifically, advised me accordingly on what broadband to get that is most fitting for my household, was very patient despite minor issues with my banking and was amazing help. I now have my new broadband and so far so good, still seeing how it’s going.

Retarded system and untrained staff
Vodafone is an absolute nightmare…. Their system is so retarded that it took me 6 hours straight sitting at their Greenwich store to transfer my contracts from EE to them (I did so only because Vodafone is the only telco that has service in my building)… when it comes to transferring broadband contracts, their engineers are either incompetent or non present. It took my engineer a whole day to transfer from EE to Vodafone. Their staff looks untrained, stressed, helpless when they sought help from their seniors. Towards the end, I decided to go for Hyperoptic because the staff was simply hopeless. I would avoid this company at all costs

Sergiu was brilliant, really fun chat and great experience. I got a Samsung for myself and an iPhone for business use and I got some brilliant deals. Will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade- by far my favourite store I've ever been to.
