I came into the Vodafone shop by the Cutty Sark station to get a Pay as You Go SIM. Sergiu assisted me and was very helpful. He proposed many options, Pay Monthly etc.

Sergiu at Vodafone Greenwich has been amazing! He has been very patient in helping me with my iPhone trade in, looking at my broadband account and helping me save money and also helped me set up my Apple Watch account. I had the pleasure of being served by Sergiu in the Greenwich Vodafone store. From the minute I walked in I was greeted with amazing customer experience, and a pleasant atmosphere. I had a lot of questions, and Sergiu answered all of them with such grace and patience. I was feeling abit overwhelmed with the upgrading of my phone and the whole process surrounding it but he put me at ease and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable with a smile on his face the whole time. Easily one of the best experiences I've had with Vodafone. Sergiu was amazing ! Thank you for all of your help, I won't be going to any other Vodafone store !

Horrible customer service
I've been with Vodafone for over 10 years, and while the connection is just average—nothing special—the real issue is their terrible customer service. Anytime you have a problem, you're looking at spending over an hour trying to resolve it, and even then, there's no guarantee it will be sorted in one go.
I have four numbers on my business account, and I requested to remove two back in August since they're now used for personal purposes. Yet, they’re still invoicing me for them. When I reached out to ask why, they simply said, “they’re still active.” Seriously? And to top it off, they asked, "Have you moved them to another provider?" Why should I have to do that? I just want to stop paying for lines I no longer need. Now, I’m seriously considering switching to another provider.
