Absolutely appalling customer service…
Absolutely appalling customer service from Vodafone.
Openreach have installed full fibre to every property around me, yet Vodafone continue to insist that fibre is not available at my address because Openreach have supposedly not informed them. Rather than investigating the issue or taking ownership, Vodafone simply pass the blame elsewhere and leave the customer stuck with an outdated copper connection.
As a paying customer, I find it unacceptable that Vodafone cannot provide a clear explanation, accurate information, or any meaningful assistance. The fact that my neighbours can access full fibre while Vodafone repeatedly tells me it is unavailable demonstrates either a failure in their systems or a complete lack of willingness to help.
Customer service representatives offered no solution, no escalation, and no indication of when the problem might be resolved. Instead, I was left feeling as though my concerns were someone else's problem.
If Vodafone cannot even accurately determine whether fibre is available at a property, it raises serious questions about their customer service and operational competence. A deeply frustrating experience and one that has left me with very little confidence in Vodafone as a broadband provider.

Amazing visit to your store today
Amazing visit to your store today, I was a little disappointed to find the doors locked and a sign telling me we’re open thank you for your patience. Nonetheless a great guy appeared and within minutes solved the problem with my phone. It was remarkably busy in there as well. Steve did a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly.
