I had a FANTASTIC experience despite not being remotely techie!
I had a FANTASTIC experience in Kendal the other day. I had bought a simcard for a phone at Manchester Airport and had not been given the info I needed to activate the plan. I went in for help and was given friendly, specific, patient assistance until the problem was solved. I cannot recommend these fellows highly enough. I am NOT remotely techie and was treated with respect and class. Well done, lads!
