Lovely Helpful Staff, Deserve Recognition :)
I always say that this particular store is the main reason that I haven’t given up on Vodafone completely - and I mean it! The staff are just lovely: very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the customer service is brilliant. I’ve had a lot of issues with Vodafone itself: but whenever something happens I go to this store - the staff there really do go above and beyond to help their customers out, and I always leave them happy. I don’t think I would get the same level of help or expertise in many other places, and that genuinely is the reason that I continue to use Vodafone above other providers.
