Friendly and Helpful
I have been with Vodafone for years. Whenever I am due an upgrade I go into the store. I prefer to do this rather than online and I find all the staff extremely friendly and helpful.

When making my purchase
When making my purchase, Gary was knowledgeable,helpful and unfailingly patient with all my questions. The whole experience was not only enjoyable, but left me feeling less stressed and more confident in my ability to use my new tablet, as my tech skills are not great.
