Vodafone Lancaster - Horrific experience of lying staff - AVOID
Horrific experience of lying staff, misleading a 75 neighbour to buy an unlimited ultra package for 24 months!!!
She wanted to be able to use the phone abroad for a month so they sold her this package and to make it worse upgraded her husbands SIM card who only uses his phone for calls to an 80gb data package!!!
Not happy with that Vodafone Lancaster then told them they were entitled to a free tablet. This was after keeping them in the store for 2 hours. As soon as they were given the tablet and signed for it they were then told it will cost them £4 a month!!
She went in to cancel it 12 days after she took it out to be told and sent away being told that Viodafone's terms are 12 days not 14!!!
I had to go in with them to make Vodafone cancel and roll back everything.

Layla at the Lancaster store has gone the extra mile to solve a problem on my phone and saved me from having the nearest thing to a nervous breakdown due to scammers !
She has been knowledgeable and caring and I will come back to order my next new phone . I cannot thank her enough for her customer care !! Well done Vodaphone for a quality person in your staff !

Layla and hannah have explained everything clearly and all of my questions have been answered. Anything I didn't understand they went over and over. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my product and understood it. Very friendly and approachable. Felt like family.

Super service
The staff as individuals and as a team were so helpful, friendly. Katie helped me initially and was amazing but after coming back whilst my phone was transferring data, I was also helped by Simon and Alex, who again were great ambassadors for Vodafone.
