Went to Vodaphone in Lisburn today to speak to Jack. My phone memory was full and after discussing the options - Jack pointed out quite a few possibilities - I got sorted with a new phone, more memory and the whole experience was painless. Very helpful young man. As a pensioner I always feel I should know more about this technology but Jack sorted me out very nicely.

Great Service
Staff in the Lisburn branch are fantastic. Friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I needed to upgrade my phone and they took time to identify my needs, find the best deal to transition from 3mobile to Vodafone and when my new phone arrived a few days later helped me set up the phone. Highly recommend. The Assistant Manager (I think her name is Emma) was amazing.
