Best experience buying a new phone.
I've never been so happy with Vodafone than I am today. The staff working in the Lisburn store on Sundays are the most polite and helpful people I've ever encountered. Will definitely stay using Vodafone

Easy phone upgrade
Finally called into the Lisburn store to upgrade my phone last week, Megan helped me choose the best phone for my requirements and made the whole process very easy. I called into the store today to pick up my new phone and get all the stuff transfered from my old device to the new one, Curtis was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and he got everything transfered over seamlessly and helped explain the new features of the phone.
I highly recommend the team at Vodafone Lisburn.

Morgan was very helpful upgrading my phone contract and Curtis did an amazing job swapping the info from my old phone to the new one, cannot recommend them both highly enough 😀

Great team. They very quickly directed me to the best product suited to my needs. The benefit of using the Vodaphone service is peace of mind both as regards the phone/ sim bundle procured but also for the aftercare support.

My New Samsung Galaxy S25
Wanted to upgrade my Samsung phone.Saila was great. Talked me through available phones.Opted for Samsung Galaxy s25.Saila also transferred my photos and Apps from my old phone to new phone and talked me through features on new phone.Very happy with new phone and great customer service from Saila.
