The staff in Vodafone are AMAZING
The staff in Vodafone are very welcoming and reserved they aren't pushy like other phone providers. I've moved fom O2 because of that. Thomas was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and good banter. He made the experience of moving providers and choosing what was right for me a great experience. I usually find getting new phones stressful but this was calm and relaxed experience. I never felt rushed and really enjoyed my time there chatting to Thomas.

Callum was still in training and was assisted by Craig and the team in Livingston. He was courteous and polite and kept us up to date on everything he was doing during the upgrade process.
