Went into the Vodafone store in Maidstone for help with a new phone and broadband. Both James and Jay were overly helpful, great customer service and explained everything in detail. Great guys

Wayne and Morgan were absolutely…
Wayne and Morgan were absolutely brilliant at helping to resolve my data problems! After being sent from over the phone customer service into their store they were absolutely fantastic and even helped raise a complaint higher to customer service to come to a resolution. My sim is now swapped and my data is finally back !

Vist to store to reduce bill
Came into store to change my plans and saw a guy called Jay who was new. Found me great deal on my phone and broadband make it cheaper for me and even though he was new, he was very professional and quick

Phone number and service issues
I had been having issues with my phone number and mobile service for SO long, and I came in today and Chan sorted all of my issues then and there. I am so pleased, I left Vodafone with every issue fixed. 10/10!!!!

Went in to shop to upgrade on…
Went in to shop to upgrade in Maidstone chequers. Expected to be sat there for ages but was in and out in 10 minutes saving £20 a month! Thanks to sales advisor Nasif and his manager for swift service
