Great service and advice
I had excellent service from Steven and Mohamed at the Peckham Vodafone store buying a new phone and data plan; they were very helpful, friendly and professional. In fact, all of the staff I have dealt with in this store have been consistently great.

Best Customer Service!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Vodafone store in Peckham thanks to Steve. I am from the US and just moved to the area. Initially I very hesitant and unsure about e-sims and how they work. From the moment I walked in the store, he was friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me find the best e-sim plan for my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I left the store feeling completely confident and satisfied. When there was an issue with my order, he went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved seamlessly. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine and professional these days. Steve truly cares about his customers and it shows. If you’re thinking of visiting Vodafone in Peckham, ask for Steve. This man deserves a raise!
