I am very happy with my visit to the Vodafone shop recently (7/03/2025). Joey and Alyssia couldn't have been more helpful. Explained all I needed to know, were kind and patient with all my queries. It's been a very long time since I've taken a phone contract out but the experience I had today was amazing and although I didn't get the phone I planned Matt help me make a better informed decision so happy with my experience and would 100% advise a visit

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, they seem to go the extra mile to get the best value when upgrading contracts. I dealt with Matt Chapman in the Penzance branch who was extremely helpful and professional on two different occasions. Would highly recommended.
