In store service was 5*. Due to numerous issues & delays i ended up visitng the store on about 4 seperate occasions. Each time i was treated with respect and empathy regarding the situation. Tilly,Aaron & Dan all went above and beyond to help resolve the issues in buying a new phone. Vodafone as company have a lot to answer for however these three were amazing in sorting out the issues. Thanks guys

Update on my previous review of…
Update on my previous review of Vodafone broadband. During my call with Vodafone in relation to their unintentional cancellation of my order, I asked for reassurance that the bank mandate had not been activated by Vodafone. I was assured that the mandate had not been activated. I was in the bank yesterday and they confirmed that the mandate was active. I obviously cancelled it!! Seems this company cannot be trusted at all.
