Amazing customer care … 3 and Vodafone are now working together!!
I had mega phone problems with my Galaxy 12 ...its old and feeble like me. Shannon the Assistant Manager at Vodafone Rugby was able to talk me through the whole process and set me up with a new Samsung 17!!! Amazing knowledge and service. Thank you so much Shannon and your team. You have really got great customer service here. Highly recommended.
