Super helpful and down to earth
Charlotte was super helpful finding me a plan that was right for me, saved me money and have me a great new phone with a better data plan.
When I returned to the store to take up the offer, Megan was so kind, friendly and understanding. She listened to what I was after and made it clear what I was choosing and the options available.
When the phone wasn't availible on the day, she called another store to arrange for me to pick up same day. She was great for a chat and made me feel really welcome!
Excellent customer service and down to earth vibes guys!

Helpful and pleasant experience
Beckie was really helpful, made sure she got as much information about us and what we needed, before giving us her recommendation. The process was made easy and she offered to set up the 5g hotspot box for us and explained how to use it. Very happy with the service
