Vodafone Shop Scarborough - Excellent
On entering the shop, my wife and I were immediately given polite attention.
The assistant, Olivia, listened to our problem and understood immediately. This was so much better than the 191 response.
A direct debit had NOT been linked properly to my P&GPLUS account. She was able to cancel debits and set up a monthly plan at the same cost with absolute friendliness and efficiency.
Data and 'Additional costs' are significantly cheaper than our present plan with EE.
We will transfer our house Broadband to Vodafone in two months time, when our contract term comes free.
Olivia was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and technically competent.
I am 77 years old, an electronics graduate, and well able to judge people.

Exceptional customer service!
I have had reason to visit the Vodafone store in Scarborough following an issue with a new SIM card issued by Vodafone.
Upon each visit to the store I have been seen either immediately or within a few minutes of my arrival.
I have been helped by Tyler and Leanne from this store and both have been exceptional. They were extremely polite and helpful. They are very knowledgeable about the products and services provided, and were very patient with my rather unusual issue!

Friendly efficient service
Met as I entered in a very friendly manner.
I knew what handset I wanted prior to entering the store.
Was not given the "hard sell" when I decided to leave and think the offer over.
Both Tom and Leanne were helpful throughout and the process of the purchase was handled efficiently.
I was aware of the £200 cashback but no details on the paperwork were given as to how to claim and entirely my fault that I forgot to ask.

Problem solved.
Being of nature years, technology at times has me baffled so what a relief it was to meet an assistant called James.

EXCELLENT Service at The Scarborough Store
I visited the Scarborough Store today to purchase a new phone. I was served by Olivia who very professional,easy to talk to,answered all my questions & made buying a new phone so easy.
All the data was transferred & I even got an excellent deal for my home phone/broadband package by moving from a very expensive Talk Talk.
My Aunt was also with me & she changed to Vodafone for home phone & Broadband package from a very expensive BT.
Tom the Store Manager was also very helpful & was extremely knowledgeable about everything.
Thank you for a great experience,excellent customer service.
