Jake the lovely helpful bloke

Well from having an awful day getting my phone repaired for a faulty connector all my sims stopped working. As a last attempt I went into the vodaphone shop to get help.
A lovely young guy Jake figured out that id messed up my Esim completely like an old idiot. I signed in for security and he fixed it with a new real sim and got me up and running in no time. A simple thing for an expert but the world of difference as I have a poorly son and my phone is my life line. So i really wanted to make the effort and say a big thank you to Jake and the Solihull store. A credit to your business that you hire kind professionals staff with excellent training. Sincerely thank you and good luck for the future.
