I called into Vodafone Southport to…
I called into Vodafone Southport to check on upgrading my iPhone. I was served by a lovely polite and extremely helpful young lady called Kathy. So much so I walked out of the store with the latest iPhone and everything transferred from my existing iPhone. Also she suggested an upgrade to cover my global travelling which covers me better when I visit my family in Australia. Normally it’s £8 per day but the global coverage is included in my deal. All in all I’m a very happy customer.

Today I visited Vodafone in Southport…
Today I visited Vodafone in Southport with problems I had with my cellphone. Kathy Ferguson at Vodafone Southport branch helped me sort out all my problems with her assistance, patience and guidance. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I'm an 81 year old, vulnerable client and Kathy took me under her wing, explaining everything in her clear and patient manner. RUBBISH…vodaphone is CR*P
Where do I start with this RUBBISH vodaphone setup & non-existant internet, despite being assured that it would just be 'updating, won't be long'. HA! Just moved in, & wish I'd stayed with whoever the previous supplier was. Couldn't be any worse. Ever tried to organise a house move with no internet at the destination? EVERYTHING you need to do requires internet access, & I have one bar on my giffgaff sim, so no guarantee this will ever get posted. Gggrrr-so fed up

Kathy was very helpful and very kind. She got me a great deal with both my phone and home broadband. I would recommend her to other people I would definitely come back to see her. She also explained things to me which I didn't understand.
