Gold star service
We were served by a lovely assistant called Warren who was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the whole process of applying for broadband so easy ,stress free and was extremely patient with explaining everything so I had a clear understanding of everything .

Disappointing second visit
Having had a very positive experience earlier in the week, it was quite different when I returned to collect my new phone. The sales advisor was adequately competent but didn't greet me with a smile or offer me any advice nor did he clarify my order/deal. I felt there was no effort behind the service I was given. The additional products I wanted were not available in store. It was such a disappointment after my initial visit.

I met Ainsley today, he was a ray of sunshine with a great personality and laughter that will drive away any nervousness or low mood. Today I visited Sutton Store, I was greeted by a very enthusiastic, young man called Warren he was, very knowledgeable, I explained what I wanted he talked me through my options and best deals and discounts as I have been a vodaphone customer for a long time, I left the store with everything I needed and very happy, I highly recommend Warren he was a very nice young man, thank you

Great service with a smile
My mum's Talk Talk mobile stopped working, and Mahid was very helpful in getting it sorted. He got the WhatsApp service going again and explained various options and benefits that Vodafone could offer, which I took on board. A very efficient service. Thank you Mahid!
