Nazmin has been a great help today. I had to go in-store to Vodafone after a technical glitch signing up online. Nazmin was able to resolve this for me and still offer me the bundle I tried to sign up for.
She has been patient with me and has given great customer service today.

After a frustrating couple of days I…
After a frustrating couple of days I bought a series apple watch 11, was told it would go with my phone it didn’t so had to go to the store as I had another phone my daughter had previously it would not pair. I walked into the store the first guy was not prepared to listen just said we will charge you to swap everything over without listening to me at all, very rude and with an attitude, I asked to be dealt with my someone else. From the moment she took over she listened to me, she then continued to understand and empathise with my frustration and disappointment. She took over 2 hours to transfer everything onto a new phone and set up my new Apple watch all the while reassuring me it will work and be ok. She also had an awkward customer try to talk to her inbetween but dealt with that situation so well. I did not catch her name but I know she came over here from India I think she said she was 26. So want to say how kind, patient, understanding and calming she was. I have come away with everything working I couldn’t be happier as I have always wanted an Apple watch. She is a credit to your store and she could definately teach others. So a big Thankyou to her.
