I came into the Tonbridge branch to upgrade my phone, and Louise served me. She was extremely helpful, kind and explained everything in great detail. Came in and saw Jordan
Came in and saw Jordan. He upgraded my phone sim and saved me money. He also went the extra mile and helped me cancel a sim that I was no longer using while I was in-store. I really love he went the extra mile, there isn't enough of that these days. Really recommend

He noted all the information for us, giving us a written breakdown of costs for various plans.
In all, we got the impression that he, and the rest of the staff in the shop, couldn't do enough for you!
