Had a problem with my phone
Had a problem with my phone, just wanted some advice.
3pm door was locked with staff just
Sitting inside.
As soon as we came in, he locked the door.
I don’t know the chaps name, but he really had no interest apart from saying
Soft ware is changing all the time.
At this point a customer? Was trying to
Come in the door which was locked.
It’s a strange way to run a Business.
If he likes opening and closing doors
Perhapes the prison service may be a better job.

Outstanding Customer Service from Ali
I’ve been to three different Vodafone locations over the past week, Oxford Circus being one of them, and nowhere have I received such attentive and helpful service. This location’s manager Ali provided myself and my family with a masterclass in customer support, helping us save a significant amount of money on our contract, all the while being very pleasant and welcoming. 10/10 experience, thanks Ali!

At the start of the store visit we did feel like we were being treated passive aggressively. However, after good dialogue we walked away feeling valued as a customer and we are very appreciative of all the support the team provided. Seriously good and we will recommended others to make a visit.

I recently visited the Vodafone store in Windsor and had an outstanding experience thanks to the incredible team there.
Ali, the manager, provided absolutely amazing assistance — professional, patient, and genuinely dedicated to helping customers. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted perfectly and that I left completely satisfied.
A huge thank you also to Kimberley, who helped get us over the finish line with her friendly attitude and attention to detail. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Honestly, Ali and Kimberley are the only reason I stayed with Vodafone. Their customer care and commitment are second to none — they’re a true credit to the brand and a shining example of what great service should look like.
If every Vodafone store was like Windsor, everyone would be a customer for life!

Excellent customer service
