Very straightforward
Incredibly easy and a lot more affordable compared to the other big rental companies without any unnecessary upselling. The car was in perfect condition and staff were super friendly. Will definitely be renting from VWFS again!

Repeat customer very unhappy
I am a multi repeat customer so when I collected my car and was told there was no damage and didn’t have to inspect it, I agreed.
However on return I’ve just been told there is damage which will cost £300 inc VAT. This is completely unacceptable.

Great service
Great service - much better than your standard car rental from the big brands. I was even able to borrow a USB cable that I'd forgotten to bring along (although the car did have wireless charging so I didn't need it in the end)!

We were so pleased with the pick-up we bought Dave some fudge from Cornwall.
The Golf we hired was so fantastic - that we went and bought one (sadly a second hand one).
