VWFS Rent-a-Car - West London Avis 

After looking around at options for a 2-week camper van trip across Europe, I spoke briefly with Dave to learn more about their California offering, and subsequently booked. Dave was brilliant to deal with throughout, from organising and handing over the vehicle, being really clear about what was covered (which was everything we needed for the trip), whilst also being really accommodating with pick-up and drop-off times to fit within a busy schedule. The van was as described, and perfect for the occasion. I'd happily recommend Dave and the team, excellent service and extremely simple too!

Another great hire experience. Spoke/emailed with Dave at West London branch who answered questions on hiring the Multivan for our Lakes vacation. Always polite and knowledgeable. Booked online. Great website easy navigation. Added two drivers from the USA on the day of hire no problem. In fact one commented as we got underway: "that was the most enjoyable rental process I've ever been involved in!" Multivan was very impressive and served us well with luggage and then personnel when we got to our destination excursions. The hybrid EV capability really helped on those hilly Lake District roads. Charged very quickly overnight ready for the next adventure. The tracked seat system also helped when one of our party broke her ankle hiking - Turning a portion of the configuration to "conference" style so that we could elevate her leg. Dave was there to sign off at the end with his cheery personality. Can't thank him enough for a great hire. This is the second time I've hired through VWFS - from Slough and now West London - and I certainly recommend them. Good prices for a lot of car/van and customer service. Thanks Dave (and Michael). VWFS are the best rental place I know and I've looked around ALOT, I often need to drive up-north a good 5 hour trip each way. I always get a good deal, everyone is friendly and helpful and the cars are just super, comfy, reliable.

I found VW rental West London 18 months ago and they have been excellent. I have used a variety of vehicles from Polo to Passat Estate and the level of service quality of vehicles has been consistently high. The service from David is great and he goes the extra mile to locate a vehicle if it isn’t listed as available. I avoid all other hire co’s now. Thanks

Amazing service as always. David provided an upgrade to our requested vehicle and the Cupra was a joy to drive. Have rented a number of vehicles over the last few years and each time it just gets better. Will continue to be my choice of rental agency going forward as we need a vehicle.

I wish all van rentals were as good as VVFS. David was really helpful and flexible with the rental timings and didn’t worry too much about how much charge the van had at the end of the rental period. I rented the ID Buzz Cargo for the Easter weekend - and liked it so much, I’m definitely getting one!

The nicest car hire experience ever! Convenient location 10 min walk from home, lovely car showroom to browse while I wait, high-spec cars, and I can choose the exact model I want. I wish I had found this years ago!

We love renting cars from these guys. They're always super friendly, responsive on emails and keen to give us the best price they can. Pick up & drop off has been smooth and easy both times I've rented from them. The cars themselves are spotless when you get in and often the latest VW models. I've had a Golf and Polo so far. Will be using them again I'm sure!

I have used many rental companies over the years and have to say what a pleasure!!! Michael Boardman is an absolute star. I would highly recommend using VW and would not hesitate using them again. One criticism......VW, you did pop up instantly in my search for a rental vehicle
