Overall disappointed

Their customer service is good, their products not so much. The b. caapi paste (yellow) is OK, although not particularly potent, but their leaves (both chacruna and chaliponga) are super-weak, and their peganum harmala powder is next-to-useless.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service.
They'll take your money but chances are good that you will never receive what you ordered. Good luck getting a refund.
There are many places to shop that are more trustworthy.

Customs sent order back to WH warehouse, WH kept it and my money until I came asking questions

Never got my order. After a couple of months of waiting I emailed asking if I should be concerned. Was then told that my package had been returned by customs (I’m in the US). Now they didn’t say when it had returned, and I’m very understanding of most circumstances, if they are made clear. But I was incredibly displeased that it took ME contacting THEM to be told that they had both my money and my order for who knows how long and they probably would have never reshipped or contacted me on their own. No explanation for such an oversight. Just “sorry I didn’t tell you”. Wouldn’t reship with free tracking (I didn’t pay for tracking initially because it was more than the product I was buying). I was really excited for it and would have continued purchasing if I liked the product. But I ended up asking for a refund since they completely lost my confidence. And I wrote a review on their regular review site, they must have denied it to post since it hasn’t shown, so that’s why I’m reviewing here.

Non human grade stuff

They looks like they sell herbs for human use but be aware. Like they say in the small print, they do not sell human grade stuff. It is not safe.

Ok I'm leaving a 4 stars because the…

Ok I'm leaving a 4 stars because the product is amazing. They carry nothing but good quality. However I have a recent concern and the only reason I'm addressing it here on a review is because no body has contacted me back after 4 attempts to reach someone. I ordered some items and it is still in customs and has been there for 2 weeks. I'm experienced with customs & know that after 7 days means it's been seized. I spent good money and would like some closure on if I will have another order shipped or refunded. Please contact me wakingherbs. I really love doing business name your one of the best suppliers I ever had. Please resolve this issue. So the only reason I don't give 5 stars is because nobody has refunded me or contacted me on a possible seized package
