Walton Flooring Centre Avis 

Would never recommend Walton flooring, the only part that went smoothly was the store taking my money! Been awful experience still not done and it was started in August! The fitters either never turned up or did and left within half an hour due to something not working hey would rearrange for them to not turn up again. When eventually they did come back the floor on the stairs, landing and upstairs bedroom is uneven, chipped not finished, no beading or room dividers which I did pay for! They pulled my daughters light fitting off the ceiling and told me whoops you will have to get someone out and laughed! Been trying to sort out with store I have had to rearrange once however I have made numerous calls and emails to get this fixed was told by store will arrange and get back to me no one has phoned, the phone is not being picked up in store! so disgusted with this company. Also told me if I want it done has to be same fitters that let me down so often. My daughters floor is uneven and you can hear and see it move when you walk on it so I can’t get her back in their till it’s fixed! As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Great team that fitted the flooring, very proffessional and considerate of my new decor. Finished job looks fantastic. Definately 5 stars ***** would highly reccomend :)

One of the pieces of laminate slides away, making a gap in the hallway, too much of a gap on another edge by the stairs (cut a bit short) and the beading has completely come away from the edges in a few places and is loose or has lifted in others. Otherwise I was pleased initially with the work on my stairs (separate lads from Walton Flooring did this part of the job on the same day) and the lads were all polite and hard working. But they all seemed very rushed on the day and couldnt get out quick enough! The guy who did my living room pretended to nail gun some of the beading (but it appeared after he left that it had run out of nails!) and he glued some bits which have since come away.

A first class job on our flooring and carpets.

I would highly recommend Walton Flooring, I could not fault the service provided from the moment we walked into the shop: friendly and helpful staff - who accommodated a long delay before the flooring was actually fitted (delay entirely our fault!) communicating regularly with us. Choice of products was good and the fitter was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Would use again with no hesitation.

Installer of flooring had shocking service

Under measured the amount of flooring needed.
Under estimated the amount of floor leveller required so had to arrange additional myself. The floor was fitted but is bouncy in parts .
No after sales service .

Came to replace carpet on stairs & landing.
Excellent service Michael & his apprentice were really nice & fitted it superb.

Walton flooring centre have been supplying myself and all my family for over 6 years. There service is amazing but most of all we are always confident that the products they advise us to purchase are the correct options for us as a family.

Very good company

I’m sorry to leave such a bad review as the manager in the moreton store did his best to solve the problems but the situation with the flooring we had recently was farcical.
The flooring laid was unacceptable with large gaps around the edging. We complained and were assured someone would come to look at it and sort out a resolution. I took two further days off being self employed and no one arrived on the first day and on the second day, they arrived around 5pm telling me they couldn’t sort it out and in fact would be better to remove and replace the whole floor. Another day arranged with the fitters, no one came.
I then liaised directly with the shop and following many phone calls it was eventually relaid. The installer this time did a fantastic job, had that been done the first time we would have no complaints. Unfortunately the installer this time broke a wall tile which on our newly tiled bathroom which we then had to get replaced. All in all, we were very unhappy with the works carried out although the manager did his best to sort it. Im sorry to say we use again.

Knowledgeable staff, very helpful, fitting of carpets and flooring very professional. So good I went back a second time. I would recommend this company for sure.

My bill was more than £400 more than it should have been. It took quite a while for the management to accept this and reimburse my account. Payment is made up front so it's up to the customer to make sure that the goods ordered are delivered and all used. The problem has since been resolved.
I am however very pleased with the floor that has been laid and the workmanship is excellent.

A great company to buy your flooring from. Excellent customer service and a professional job done.
