Highly professional and polite
I had a short interaction with Warranty direct - mistook for insurance policy! They were very fast and professional and cancel the policy on the spot once I've understood my mistake

The agent I spoke to was very helpful
The agent I spoke to was very helpful. He immediately understood my concerns about the matter, and resolved them clearly. And the complimentary AA Roadside Assistance is a bonus, as I was preparing myself to have to tackle (and pay for) that too. In summary, this was excellent Customer Service. Keep up the good work.

Warranty was due for renewal and this was done without any drama, price has gone up from last year but what has not? I have not used the service to date fortunately but nice to know it is there as my car gets older.
