great Rower
First part i've need after 15 years of rowing

Ok I've only had this for just over 2 weeks and it was purchased as part of the long overdue get back in shape campaign after badly breaking my right leg. Previously I've used Concept 2 rowers but frankly they look a bit too industrial for at home, whilst the WaterRower looks stylish and with a range of finishes can match your interior.

I purchased direct from WaterRower's website and after a quick chat on the phone they upgraded me to a Saturday delivery for free - great :-) Once it arrived there was some simple assembly required using 2 allen keys (provided), then I filled it up with water and gave it a quick trial run. All worked fine. 2 weeks later and it is still great - I'm using it for 30-45min, most days and my cardio fitness has already increased (VO2max measurement by Polar OwnIndex) and I'm interval training to bring my stroke rate up from the gentle beginnings. As to feel the WaterRower responds differently from a Concept 2 it takes longer to decelerate as the water is rotating with the blades but when you speed it up it takes longer to respond too - you have to accelerate the "boat" :-0

Although already an "experienced" user of indoor rowers the enclosed DVD with technique tips and training was really useful to help iron out a few bad practices I have built up.

Excited to receive this much hyped premium product.

Spent more than a very frustrating and sweaty hour assembling the thing only to find the bolt alignment on a critical part was way off. Needed two adults to squeeze it into place but stripped the threads Trying to bolt it in - now the part does not sit flush to the base. Unsightly and not sure how long it will stay put.

Even if the holes were aligned the issue is exacerbated as the procedure is such a that the entire weight of the machine counters what you need in terms of trying to align. Not great.

Unnaceptable for a premium product.

Not compatible with Apple Watch and the functionality is ok but not as advanced as other fitness Apps. Also, the output is different to the S4 read outs? So how far, how fast am I going and how many calories am burning?

Everything work great Zhara was fantastic help but someone send the wrong reference and with all the waiting for it ....and some extra buying a small attention or discount would have been great :))

Love my WaterRower, great excercise and a lovely sound of moving water as you do it...and it tilts up onto its end for space saving.

My water rower of some 20yrs needed repair. My first instinct was to say goodbye to my early morning friend and look to buy something new. I decided that I might write for advice to yourselves. Your reply was swift. The records of my original purchase were called up and amongst the options offered was a repair kit. At very little cost I can start my day once more with a gentle row!
