The weatherstation is very good, however, the instructions could have been a little simpler. The delivery was quick.

Bought the Kestrel and it all seems to be working fine.

Cannot get the ap to stop flashing. Want to set time date manually and Have tried all the methods shown in the instructions. Also cannot find where to change the wind speed to mph. The screen is only clear when viewed from about 10 degrees above normal. Somewhat disappointed. Is the base unit faulty? I f so can I send just that item back for checking and/or replacement?

I received the weather station and having charged the batteries that were needed, proceeded to set it to work. It does what it says on the tin as does the company that I bought it from. I am pleased with the item. But if you buy one...do NOT lose the instructions. Changing the batteries means that you have to set it up again.

We received very good service when the weather station would't work after changing the batteries.

I bought a Bresser weather station from Weathershop two years ago and it developed a fault within the warranty period. After I contacted them they responded immediately and arranged for me to return the station for checking. They agreed that it was faulty and provided a replacement with no hesitation. I fully recommend them.

Really good company to deal with. Lots of choice on their website, covering everything from the basic and beginner models right up to professional stations. I'll definitely use them when I need more weather station based stuff.

Weather Shop issued a replacement National Geographic RC Colour 5 in 1 Weather Station after my original station would not give external readings after a year of untroubled use. Replacing the batteries and resetting did not work so a new station was issued after the original was boxed up and returned.
All is working fine again now. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

It was very easy to order my weather station online.
Before I ordered I had one query about the size of the mounting plate which was answered very promptly.
The weather station arrived within the timescale promised and was well packed and undamaged when it got to me.
It looks well made but I can’t comment further on setting it up and how well it works because wet weather has stopped me from working outside!!
