Friendly help to exchange a item that developed a fault after 18 months Thanks Jacquie.

Bresser colour weather station was easy to initially install and get up and running
I did have a problem trying to create an online account with ‘weathercloud’ the weather shop sent me more detailed instructions but even though I followed all the instructions it would still not recognise my station
I then tried to create an account with weather underground and it all worked with no problems
I have 1 additional sensor in my greenhouse and can monitor its temp 24/7
I now have a weather station that I can check in on wherever I am (as long as I have internet)
Very pleased all round

This new delivery was a warranty claim as my Bresser went faulty after a year. Fantastic service from Jacquie and the Weather Shop……totally recommend them.

Someone has used this place fraudulently, they placed an order with my card, delivered the goods and got 2 payments.
Cops have been informed of online fraud, bank has cancelled my card. Hopefully they get busted and shut down - - - do NOT buy anything from here, chances are they'll clone your card and empty your account

The weather shop is awesome, my wife got me a weather station couple of years ago for my birthday, sadly the wind measurement sensor stoped working, a phone call and a couple of emails with trouble shooting instructions to try, sadly this didn’t fix my fault so a other email and then sent it away for repair (all paid for by then) and received a new weather station within two weeks of sending it back, their customer service is second to none I would recommend using them, if anything goes wrong they are a phone call or email away and always happy to help I would say the best online retailer for customer service.

Simply delivered what I ordered on time - but I would also say they have a good stock which includes spares for my Davis eather station.

I bought a great wee weather station from the Weathershop and there was a fault with it.

My weather station developed a fault shortly before the guarantee period expired. The Weather Shop emailed an advice sheet, but the fault persisted and they requested that my weather station was returned to them, postage paid. They offered me a choice of 3 to choose for a replacement and very promptly sent my choice without any quibble. Brilliant service! Great people to deal with.

The weather station was ordered online and arrived quickly in secure packaging. Setting up the weather station was quick and easy. The display is easy to read and self-explanatory. One curious feature is that the base unit overstates the temperature by almost 1 degree. When placed next to the outdoor sensor it shows the outside sensor’s temperature correctly but it’s own temperature is almost 1 degree higher. I have judged the over-reading by comparison with 4 other temperature devices which all read within 0.2 degrees of each other, so conclude it is a feature of the base station.
