Weather Shop Avis 

My 2 yo Bresser system developed a fault right at the end of the guarantee period but the Weather Shop could not have been more helpful.
From diagnosing what the fault was to recommending and shipping a replacement system, the level of customer service was second to none. That said, I have always found the Weather Shop to be a first class retailer

Excellent service - prompt delivery and a very good product (Bresser 7-in-1). The display is good and clear and I have it set up and am reporting data to a couple of websites in real-time. I can compare my data with other local stations on my phone wherever I am and see graphs of my data.

Placed email order, phoned to make a change to contents. Order confirmed. Delivered next day. Perfect!
The device is also excellent, Home weather station.

Last week I purchased a Bressler 5-in-1 weather station from the Weather Shop. Fast 48hr tracked delivery. Good quality product, easy to set up/install and a 5 year warranty. Just waiting for some rainfall to see the rainfall being recorded... Being April in Staffordshire I don't think I will have too long to see this function of the Bressler 5-in-1 weather station working. Iain Jones

Our weather station, bought a year ago failed when the wind speed recorder stopped working. There was no quibble about returning it and supplying us with a replacement. Emails were answered promptly and our new one is up and running. Impressive service, thank you.

Friendly quick service

Bought a Bresser 6in1 weather station from these guys during the first lockdown, so around June 2020. Range, pricing, advice and delivery were all excellent and everything arrived promptly, despite all the restrictions in place at the time.

About a year later, the outside weather unit started over-reading temperature by up to 10 degrees. I contacted Weathershop who, after an exchange of emails, agreed to have a look at the unit. Unfortunately I never managed to climb on to the roof and retrieve the damn thing until a couple of months ago. Everything was still in warranty however and a quick email to them re-activated the returns label (which they covered the cost of) and I sent it back for examination. Pretty quickly the reply came that it was indeed faulty and we looked at options. I elected to upgrade to a Bresser 7in1for a very reasonable £50 and the new equipment arrived a few days later. It is now on the roof and working beautifully.

Throughout the whole purchase, return and re-delivery, Weathershop have been prompt, helpful and great value. Highly recommended.
