I've used this company / site / app 3 times now.
On a recent send in, they rejected CDs and a book that were like new!! I was speechless!
Needless to say since contacting them they just keep rejecting my messages and say the items were damaged and will send a useless policy over.
MY ADVICE IS TO USE ANOTHER WEBSITE NOT THIS ONE - THE REVIEWS ARE REAL EXPERIENCES AND YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE HUSTLED BY THIS COMPANY!!

After getting a selection of quotes we…
After getting a selection of quotes we chose webuygames as it was the highest quote. We meticulously weighed The bags. Boxed them up and sent them off. They then emailed with a different offer of a lower amount saying that they had less than we had sent. I am 100% certain we sent the right amount but they were not prepared to budge on it. They also wouldn’t send it back as it was already crated up. If I’d known they were going to be rip off merchants I’d have gone with a company who wouldn’t have been so difficult and such a rip off.
*edit* the company believe it was measured in the wrong unit.

We aim to provide a positive selling experience for all of our customers; therefore we are very sorry to hear that this has not been the case for you. We have looked into this trade and it seems that the Lego seemed to be weighed in the incorrect unit. We can see that although 20KG of Lego was expected, just over 20lbs was received instead. As a result we could only pay for the weight we received.

I searched on Google and we buy any games came up. I thought it was a scam but I decided to send the games in anyway as my son no longer used them. A few days later I had the money sent to my preferred payment method. It’s a reliable and very useful site. Very happy with the service.

Would have been better if website had been more user-friendly. Also emails come from WeBuyBooks not WeBuyGameswhich is particularly confusing when you are also selling to them!
