Good prices, easy money.
However I was never informed about my order. I had to contact them every time, to know what was going on as I sent the order in January. But they did reply quick with polite emails.
But other than that, I received the money, that was calculated.
Would use again 👍

Good experience.
I have traded with We Buy Games a few times and have always had a good experience. Selling is a straightforward process. It can take a few days for the goods to be delivered to their destination by the courier, but once the items are received by We Buy Games they check the items fairly quickly. Payment is issued promptly and communication is good. I'm very happy with their service and will continue to trade with them in the future.

Have used this site many times
Have used this site on numerous occasions and never had any issues. Easy to sell items, prepaid labels provided. Takes a few days for items to be received and checked and then payment is quickly made by bank transfer or cheque.

We aim to process payment quickly for all of our customers, therefore we apologise for the delay with payment for your trades. Having looked into this further, we can see that although your trades were collected on 12th January, they did not arrive with us within the week that we typically allow the courier to deliver. Despite this non-arrival, we can see that a member of our helpful Customer Services team processed the payment for both offers in full. A claim was then launched with the courier to chase up the delivery of these items. It seems there may have been a backlog as these offers have since arrived and have been checked. Unfortunately, there can be delays within the courier network that we cannot foresee.
Apologies again for the delay.

Sent a x. Box in perfect condition and checked it worked ok and was told it’s not working( rubbish) they will recycle it or I can send £5 to get it back , this is a total rip off , be careful when sending items worth money……..

Our main priority is to provide a positive selling experience for all our customers, therefore we are sorry to learn this has not been the case for you. Having looked into this trade further, we can see that the console arrived in good condition, however, it did not work when tested. We have an experienced team that specialise in consoles, and they tested the console multiple times with different discs; the console you sent would not read any of them. As we cannot sell a faulty console, we cannot pay for this item.
As we covered the initial postage to get the item to us on the understanding this would be in full working order, we cannot cover the postage to return this to you.

People who say this is excellent must…
People who say this is excellent must zip up the back. You will get 5 times upwards those prices selling on eBay, Gumtree or Facebook. Do not be daft they buy these items for ridiculous low prices and sell for much much much more.
Sorry but supply and demand is nonsense, I buy, sell and repair game consoles and you offer about 105 their true value. Lets say Sega Megadrive Sonic 3 this will sell for £20-£50 yet you offer £3. When it comes to retro you are so far out of touch.

Excellent service, we sold some lego to them. The only thing I will say is that it took longer than I thought to receive the money, it says they pay you the next day, but I don't think that includes the time it takes for them to actually get your items? I still gave them 4 stars though as it's a great way to sell some old stuff.
