West London Clean Avis 

2 cleaners turned up late, one left, they did not have the part for the vacuum cleaner. We had to do a lot of the cleaning ourselves! When booking the cleaning company was clearly told the job needed to finish by 1pm and they would have to work around movers which they said would be ok.
I am being told that i can't get a refund as the job required 11 hours and as there was movers there they couldn't do the job which was all ok when I booked!!
Do not use this company!!

Initially cheap and easy but with all things cheap and easy it left me full of regret. Got inventory report back from estate agents. So many things missed and not up to standard for an end of tenancy professional clean. Quite a lot will have to be done again at my expense. Make sure you read your terms and conditions and stick to them like glue as they will very much refer to them if you have any difficulties. Would not recommend. Pay a bit more for someone else.

I paid a lot for a large house clean. They quoted for a whole day with 2 cleaners starting from 9am. The first cleaner arrived promptly, but the second never arrived. I messaged them and that was the time they informed me the second one is not coming and the first one can complete the job. Bare in mind I paid a significant amount of money for the clean, instead of organising another cleaner promptly, I needed to argue with them before they agreed to send in another cleaner by 2pm, that means 4hrs of cleaning gone. The cleaners they sent were normal daily domestic cleaners and they don't have any specialist equipment to clean anything at all just normal household things.

A dreadful experience causing damage to wooden floors. They undertook an end-of tenancy clean for my tenant on 10th March. Their cleaning process caused damage to the wooden floors and the whole clean was of such poor quality that they had to return the following day to clean again. My tenant placed an insurance claim for the damage with West London Clean Limited's insurance company called Hiscox, which is ready to pay me . However, West London Clean are saying that they will only pay their Insurance Policy Excess of £250, if they first receive this payment from the tenant who employed them. WLC are trying to make paying their policy excess which is due on their insurance conditional upon another, separate contract they claim to have with their client. Their insurance company has repeatedly explained that they need to pay their policy excess as per their contract with Hiscox, but West London Clean Limited have failed to do so for a period of over 8 weeks, so my insurance claim remains unsettled . This has persisted, despite West London Clean Limited initially confirming by email that their Finance Director had agreed to pay the policy excess.

Throughout this, West London Clean Limited have not returned any of my many phone calls and have responded rarely to my many emails. Their communication is exceptionally poor , as is their willingness to resove this issue . My recent request for them to escalate this to their Board Director has gone unanswered. If you are thinking of employing West London Clean Limited, to protect yourself, please read their terms very carefully with regards to who pays their policy excess in case an insurance claim is necessary; insurance is of no use and will not pay out if the policy excess is not paid.

Superstar cleaner did a fantastic end of tenancy clean for my big house. Move out is a real pain with having to satisfy the landlords high level of standards so for west london clean to take this problem off my shoulders and deliver the goods this was very helpful. I will recommend to family and friends and next time I move I’ll certainly use again! Thank you very much.

Very good and efficient

I had a terrible experience with West London Clean. I hired them for a 3-hour job to clean my rented flat as I was moving out. Unfortunately, the cleaner never arrived. Despite chasing the company multiple times, I was left extremely disappointed.

Firstly, the customer service lady informed me that the cleaner took the wrong train and went in the opposite direction out of London (What a joke). Later, she said the cleaner was in the underground and couldn't be reached. While her phone kept ringing but no response (Another Joke). After 2 hours of trying to track the cleaner, I finally spoke to her, and she mentioned that her grandmother had passed away, so she never left for the job.

Shockingly, the company knew about this but failed to arrange an alternative cleaner.

I ended up having to clean the flat myself.

West London Clean is not reliable, not trustworthy, and not apologetic. The staff were rude and lied throughout the entire ordeal.

Avoid this company at all costs!

They will ask you for your credit card number to secure the booking, and will deduct the amount even before the cleaner has arrived.

DONT USE!

I used them for an end of tenancy clean and they did an absolutely awful job.
I asked for evidence of the clean within the 48 hour window, they were unable to provide many after photos as the cleaner didn’t take many (which they wrote to me following my concerns). Following my end of tenancy check out report, I was able to see how bad of a job they conducted, to the point I didn’t get my deposit back.

Furthermore they will not pick up the phone to speak to me, I keep getting redirected and no one will contact me. They have also ignored my emails which is incredibly unprofessional. They have lied continuously to me about employees, how long the cleaners took (which I have text message evidence from the cleaner himself who was only there for 5 hours and not the 11 they stated) and they also didn’t professionally clean the extras I had put and paid on my form for.

I am now taking legal action against them because of the utter un professionalism of the company and their lack of action/refusal to reimburse me.

DONT USE THEM!

Two lads braved the morning traffic to get to us and, after being shown round our little cottage, they worked hard all day without a break to fulfill our requests. The house is now sparkling and the carpets cleaner than for years. They even coped with the dog wanting to lie on their equipment! Very many thanks for a great job.

Excellent cleaning provider that did exactly what they promised. Pretty straightforward stuff so not much to write about but it’s surprising how many bad providers there are out there so was refreshing to use west london clean as they are one of the few good ones. Excellent quality cleaning provided by west london clean. I was let down for my end of tenancy by another company so had to find someone new with only 2 days until move out day. Thank fully I spoke to these guys and they looked after me with no issues with their team of cleaners for the clean. I defiantly will use these guys again in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Nice company to work with and I was grateful that west london clean did a great job and looked after me from start to finish. Have had not the best experiences with other cleaners over the years so it was nice to finally find a company who did what they said on the tin and went the extra mile.

Worst cleaning service ever, they took 50% in advance and blocked rest 50%, they promised that they will check before taking the money, which they never did. The cleaners never did the job as per the agreement, they didn’t spent the agreed time infact the time they spent they were just fooling around and wasted time. I wasted my money but you save your time and money but not hiring them.
BTW I paid 360 GBP and also called afterwards to complaint , they never followed up nor responded- totally unprofessional bunch .

A perfect cleaning service from a good trustworthy cleaning company. I used west london clean for my end of tenancy and I was not let down. Baring in mind how important this type of move out job is it was an important part of my move out and I had a fair amount of my deposit on the line but west london clean delivered and effectively helped me secure my deposit with landlord. Cannot praise high enough. Thank you very
