Terrible service - see the 1 star reviews!!!

The clean was done to a standard that meant our landlord rightfully did not accept this as an end of tenancy clean and we believe the carpet clean was never completed.

We have provided photographic evidence and landlord reports as evidence and have had to pick up the consequences. This has been a huge hit to us.

For 3 months now we have been trying to contact the manager regarding the £302 (!!) service to fairly discuss a resolution but no one ever calls back or bothers answering emails (as per the other reviews so nothing new by the sound of things). When things go wrong they just outright ignore it and hope you disappear.

The worst service we have ever experienced. If the other reviews aren’t enough, you’ll have to find out the hard way.

We will be happy to remove this review IF we are contacted by the managers and this is resolved fairly. We have no joy in writing negative reviews, we just have no idea how to get this resolved and hoping they’ll see this and understand where we’re coming from.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! They did a sub par job and when asked to come back sent through an email that was clearly generated off of ChatGPT. We have had to arrange other cleaners to come do a proper job at an additional expense. They couldn't even be asked to speak to us directly. I can't recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They spent 7 hours doing I do not know what at my Mums property, never used a cleaning company before but as we had refurbishment going on thought would nice for my elderly mum, What a shock walking through front door. Furniture, pictures, our cleaning products all over the place They clearly pulled things out to attempt to clean and never put back, Dirty mirrors, dusty tables, dirty floors, sink plug hole full of crap. honestly I do not know what they had done except cause stress and me more cleaning, Advised cleaning co I want a full refund, they offered another clean but this was 2 days later , my mum had to move back in so I had to clean! I would not trust this company in my house again! Still chasing refund , sadly they keep saying refer to their terms and conditions AWFUL you have been warned

Easy booking process. The clean was immaculate and passed inspection. I even received an End of Tenancy Certificate to hand to my Landlord. The after service was also good. Value for money and if I ever need a clean again, this is who I'm calling. Highly recommend.

The clean service met expectations.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Cleaners went well above and beyond and the office was extremely helpful with ME needing to rearrange 3 times!! My house was left spotless and the total cost was a lot lower than I expected.

Very happy with west London clean. Value for money and a high quality service. Will use again

Dreadful experience booking 10 hours clean for two cleaners I paid 48 hours before the job, after 5 hours they left me with a dirty house

Called the office to resolve my problem lady in office said the office is closed you can call on Monday Shannan is off today

Had a really good experience. Was scared seeing negative reviews here but at least I had nothing to complain.

Very pleased of the service, we did ask for end of tenancy cleaning. Will definitely ask their service next time we move again. And well worth it

They sent my wife a cleaner who stole her gold valuables from inside our bedroom drawers, I contacted them and they said we will call her to ask her if she took them!!!!!! I immediately replied that do you really expect her to say yes I’m a thieve!! They contacted her and of course she lied and said she didn’t take anything…
This cleaner was a first time in our house and not the usual cleaner they send us… we asked how long she was working for them and they said she is new…
We told them since they will not do anything about this, at least don’t send her to other people homes to which they replied, they can’t do this because we have no evidence…
Beware, they have no policy or procedure to deal with such incidents and they will not help in anyway…

Poor quality clean - left 40 minutes early. There was still dust everywhere, food in the sink and didn’t even clean the shower. Pretty sure the cleaner used the toilet too and didn’t flush.

Dreadful experience

Avoid! Their services is a joke!
We have property we rent out and use end of tenancy professional cleaning regularly. Since the one we used previously was busy we looked for someone else.
They picked up the keys from concience and left it with the concierge at the end. We never thought that professional cleaning for £320 might go wrong. It was one guy doing cleaning of big 2 bed flat. He did not clean floors in hall and leaving room as you can see hairs and dust. Light switching off area was not cleaned at all in all rooms. Company call this reclean and send the same person to do the same mistakes. When I came myself to inspect his work (I learned a lesson) he did not even finish his work although when we spoke over the phone he said he will finish in 20 min. He was not even close to finishing. I realised that he did not bring his staff, he was using whatever he found in the apartment. I asked him to bring his own professional staff but aparently he came barehand, he does not have a car to bring professional equipment. When we contacted the company again, they initially said they would resolve our issue, but after half a day, they emailed us saying they wouldn't do anything.

Horrible end of tenancy cleaning. The windows were not washed at all, and there was residue dust and crumbles everywhere... And that's given that the flat was not even particularly dirty to begin with. I have contacted their administrator about the astonishingly low quality of the service, sent plenty of pictures. Was offered a re-clean, which would be too late anyways as the keys were due for the check-out with the letting agency. I had to clean everything myself. Money wasted. Stay away at all costs - you will have to clean after them anyways.

Our experience with this company's end-of-tenancy cleaning service was a severe letdown. The initial service fell short despite on-site feedback, leaving me, eight months pregnant, to handle the cleaning. Unprofessional staff added to the frustration, and we cannot recommend this company based on our disappointing experience. Exercise caution when considering their services.
