Wickes - Bognor Regis Avis 

Everything was in stock and available for collection within 30 minutes, Andy approached me to assist with collecting my order so I didn't have to wait, and he was polite, pleasant and helpful

I was mainly fitting just new doors for my customer and Pierre helped me list what I needed.
Easy ordering process and less than a week to wait for delivery. All good.

We visited Wickes at bognor to look at new kitchens and from the start we felt that no one adopted a pressured sale. Quite the opposite Gail our designer we found very polite helpful and gave clear and constructive advice with a relaxed approach to our wishes. we would recommend Gail and Wickes for a hassle free kitchen planing experience. Pierre was our designer and credit to Wickes. It was a shame that there was issues with delivery, damaged/faulty items and poor support from customer services, but I would recommend the store and Pierre without hesitation. The fitter we used was Neil and also extremely professional.

From start to finish your staff were very helpful. Our planner Pierre really knew his job and couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely recommend Wickes Bognor Regis. All in all an enjoyable event.

Gabby was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and out of her way to help me - I was returning a unused pot of paint and she assisted me. However the staff member beside her spoke to her appallingly and proceeded to try and shout her down in Front of me ! She was professional and continued to serve me whilst he threw his headset off and walked away shouting absolutely outrageous behaviour.

Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided us successfully through the design and purchase of our new kitchen. For anyone looking for a new kitchen we would recommend Wickes.

The staff member Andy went out of his way to help me throughout the experience. He helped to select items and find them as well as providing an alternative product where an item was not in stock.

We bought from the Bognor Regis store and the salesman we dealt with was Pierre Bricka who was excellent. After picking the kitchen and shower room we wanted he did a home visit to measure and check out if everything would be ok. He gave us really good advise on both rooms.
Wicks kept us informed all the way through the process. We had the shower room done first. The installers name was Phil and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. He bought in different trades who were all great. Phil’s workmanship was so very good and such a pleasant man to have in your home.
2 weeks later we had the kitchen installed and again we are really pleased. Simon & Matt were the fitters who did an excellent job. Our kitchen looks so lovely.
We cannot believe how lucky we were to get such nice people in both cases. They all also left the rooms very tidy each evening.
Brilliant job done on both room and would not hesitate to recommend Wicks.

I had a list of bits and bobs from our builder to get in Wickes Bognor and didn't have a clue where to look for some of the things so I asked at the desk and a lovely fella, Lukas,arrived at my side and took the list and even spoke to my builder on the phone regarding a choice of a couple of the products. He was amazing. He then carried everything to the car for me and packed it in the boot. I've always found Wickes a really good retailer, but the chaps and gals in Bognor go above and beyond. 😇

Some great expert advice from Wayne Smith from Bognor Wickes store. His knowledge and attention to detail in kitchens is aligned to both the WICKES kitchen fitting team and external fitting contractors. No pressure at any time, he even came in over his holiday to redo the quote due to us changing things around. With people like Wayne in your company, please use him as an example of how an employee should be. Thank you WICKES

With no knowledge of DIY and what I needed, I entered the store. I was approached by a colleague called Kevin
He was extremely helpful, I said what DIY I was doing. He found each item and explained what I needed to do, made me feel comfortable and more confident in what I was buying

The experience with the Design Department was perfect. Pierre was patient and helpful at all stages. The same applies to Paul Crowley, the installer. We cannot complain about our purchase or the installation. However, the shower size was a guess by us as there were no displayed showers in the Wickes showroom. When we first tried it out we realised the shower and more particularly, the enclosure was too small for us. We intend ordering a larger shower tray to replace the current fitted shower and hope Wickes will understand our dilemma and be sympathetic with us.
Finally, I want to reiterate our thanks for a good job, but sadly we assumed the ordered shower would be large enough.

I have recently moved house and changed email addresses and could not get my Trade Pro account to work properly. Andy was very helpful and got it sorted in a matter of minutes!

Very quick speedy service and a good price for 3x compost bags.

We went in store on Saturday 20/07 to make a purchase. We were served by a lad who was talking throughout our transaction on his headset. We had to 'interrupt' him to ask questions about prices and his attitude made us feel like we had interrupted him. He continued to speak and each time we needed to ask, we were met with him offering an apology to whoever he was talking to on his headset.
The only time he spoke to us was to ask if we had a trade card. I asked him a question re the trade card and he was so busy engaged in conversation that he simply repeated the question rather than answering my query.
I told him that I was not impressed with his attitude and the rudeness of having a conversation whilst serving. He did not apologise or say anything. When we paid for our items (nearly £50), he handed us our receipt with no thank you or goodbye.
We will seriously reconsider using Wickes in Bognor Regis again if that's the attitude of the sales team.
