Wickes - Folkestone Avis 

Genuinely easy shopping experience!
One of the bosses, James, was really helpful and incredibly polite. We wanted some advice for the materials we needed in the garden and got exactly the right items. Very pleased with the service. Never been before but will definitely come back!

I went into wicks not really knowing what I was looking at, the staff were extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

As a novice redoing a bathroom & kitchen very few staff around to help, very few kitchen brochures available. Only 1 till open so stood in a long queue. To top it off, my first visit to this store resulted in a £100 parking fine because I was parked 15mins over the allowed 90. Not the best experience for someone new to DIY. Will be spending my budget for the new bathroom & kitchen elsewhere now. I need time to explore my options for floors, walls, units, taps etc. and what tools I'll need. I'm not prepared to pay ridiculous parking fines while I figure it all out with minimum assistance from the store.

We had recently a brand new bathroom done with the help of an interest free loan and we are very happy with the entire process and the installation. Luke Sutton from Wickes in Folkestone was extremely helpful and professional in helping us design the bathroom and choose all its element. John Halford then cleared the old bathroom, plastered walls and built the new one in a phenomenal way. We had some leftover tiles and an unused new radiator (in the end we opted for another one) that we returned and got refunded, again in a smooth process. All in all, we are very pleased with what we paid for.
