This is too say how helpful Dave Graham is. I know he has been at the Folkstone store for some years and thought it about time I mentioned how good at his job he is. I have witnessed him deal with awkward customers as well. He is a credit to Wickes store at Folkstone.

Ray a member of staff
I am a regular customer at Wicks Folkestone, a self employed tradesperson. I am in this store most mornings Monday to Friday.
Ray a member of the team usually working on the till is very friendly, always chatty and will brighten up your day.

A brand new bathroom
We had recently a brand new bathroom done with the help of an interest free loan and we are very happy with the entire process and the installation. Luke Sutton from Wickes in Folkestone was extremely helpful and professional in helping us design the bathroom and choose all its element. John Halford then cleared the old bathroom, plastered walls and built the new one in a phenomenal way. We had some leftover tiles and an unused new radiator (in the end we opted for another one) that we returned and got refunded, again in a smooth process. All in all, we are very pleased with what we paid for.
