Wildwood Avis 

Gerrards Cross branch. A lovely looking restaurant and all staff were great. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. However the meal was very disappointing. Ordered spaghetti bolognese and received a bowl of mainly spaghetti with very little meat, absolutely no sauce with a watery puddle at the bottom. Being Italian I know this is not the way to make a bolognese! The Father's Day mixed grill was extremely dry and the vegetarian pizza was far too overloaded with vegetarian cheese. The only things we really enjoyed were the drinks, chips and the dessert. Such a shame.

From the moment we walked through the door we felt very welcome and at home.
All statf are friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait to be served for either drinks or food orders.
The restaurant is very clean and also cutlery etc.
The perfect atmosphere for an enjoyable meal.

This was my wife's choice for a birthday meal out.
Food was well cooked and tasty.
Service was above average.
Accompanied by four family members.
Enjoyed our evening.
Reccommended.

This review is for the Llandudno branch of Wildwood. My family and I often go there. The friendly and service is prompt and the manager runs the branch well. It's always well used by vistors and the community of Llandudno as a restuarant. Friendly table service from waitress Molly. The food is nice and not over-priced like Pizza Express.

For the cost of the food it was very bland and uninviting, a little form of side salad wouldnt go amiss. Cost of chips at 4.95 for a little pot to go with steak disgusting prices

Distinctly average at best. Very slow service. Food was lukewarm warm. Drinks order was wrong. Service charge added without it being explained that it was discretionary. Waited so long for service that we needed to leave soon after eating. Have used another branch of Wildwood many times which makes the Canterbury branch appear distinctly average at best. Many other places to eat. We will not return to this venue.

Me and my mom went for a 2 course set menu meal at Wildwood Restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and quick to serve, it is a good price and well worth a visit. A massive thank you to Stelios and the lady with the auburn hair who made our visit very pleasant. I will be recommending this restaurant to anybody who is visiting Stratford-upon-Avon and we will be returning later this year for another meal.

I work at braintree designer village so popped in for a quick bite to eat to takeaway, was seen to straightway and they were very polite and friendly will definitely be going again and their chips are are something else.

Came in to the Salisbury branch in October 2024 - looking for a hot chocolate to warm us up from the chilly weather outside. Got seated and given menus... and then abandoned!!!. Waited for almost 30 minutes in the hope our waitress would return - but to no avail. Decided to leave following this cold shoulder... and the staff amusingly thanked us for stopping by as we exited the front door. Not cool, Wildwood.

We met with some family members at the Whiteley location, the service was quick and efficient, the food was good for a chain. The place was a little soulless but that was to be expected from a restaurant in a big shopping mall. But we would go again.

Had booking 12 midday in Covent Garden restaurant. I’d mentioned in booking we were celiac. When we arrived the restaurant was not busy at all. We were seated at table and the waiter did not mention anything about gluten free options which was unusual. I asked him for GF menu and he said that it’s all on same menu just look for the GFO symbol. He came to take our order but then said we couldn’t have any starter as they had run out of all gluten free pizza and dough options. So I did say that was quite unhelpful as we had specifically booked as knew their menu and had eaten there before. So we asked about the steak .. no that couldn’t be GF as smothered in garlic butter so a plain steak didn’t seem terribly appealing. So then asked about pasta dishes and was told only certain dishes and couldn’t swap fusilli for penne so we left and thankfully found Bella Italia down the road much better and more accommodating and plenty of GF options. I’m guessing the Covent Garden restaurant under new management as we won’t sadly be eating there again.

Food never seems to be very hot and is served on cold plates unless you ask for a plate to be warmed, very unusual I think! Overpriced for the portion sizes and no vegetables with the minute steak unless the salad bowl is ordered too. The place is very clean and the service is very good, with polite staff.

Went to wildwood Peterborough. We both ordered philly sandwich. Not impressed at all steak strips in sourdough bread no onions no sauce just mayo and very little lettuce. Waited a long time for it. Waitress did apologise for the wait. No check backs to see if everything was OK. When waitress came to table she asked if we had finished still no was everything OK for you. I said I was very disappointed with the considering the price. There was no apology. Will not be returning.

Absolute trash. Ordered pizza takeaway and arrived stone cold. Spoke to the manager and they spoke to me in an overly patronising tone explaining to me that they take no responsibility for the quality of their own product. Escalated to general manager that fobbed me off with the same crappy speil only to anger me further by telling me to have a good evening. Absolute s#£t show. Avoid this place like its the plague you have been warned.

Gave this company my email address years ago, and I still receive the occasional unsolicited email despite unsubscribing each time. Even when I click on the button to change my preferences in the email, it already says on their website that I don't give my consent to receive emails from them.

Upon arrival at the restaurant in Whitely Hampshire, we were asked to sit for 10 minutes while they would see if they had a table, I had to ask in the end, Food was excellent but drinks way over priced. £3.95 for a small bottle of coca cola. Won't be hoing back in a rush.

Appalling food arrived cold with missing items and staff did not fix their mistakes. Very disappointed. All staff were very rude port Solent.☹️

Went to wildwood Canterbury, I ordered an alcoholic beverage with my food, and immediately i was told I needed ID which is no problem, although haven’t been asked for it in a long time. This typically was the one time I forgot it as well, but I was told if I had a picture of it that would be fine. I wasn’t too fussed either way but as she said this I spent around 15 minutes finding this image and when I showed it she went actually no I can’t accept it. I wouldn’t mind but don’t go telling me you will accept it and then change your mind only informing me once I had already spent the time finding it. Her pompous attitude just made it sound like she was on a power trip and she seemed disinterested in customer service standards and lacked any enthusiasm at all. Food was very average, steak was underwhelming especially for the price. I’d much rather go across to the Marlowe restaurant a few doors down. Much better food and service…
