They are scam!!!!! I placed an order a month ago and said it’s in transit and then delivered but I didn’t get any delivery plus I contacted them several times and no answers!!!

We have no idea who this person is. Our phones are manned from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm M-F and our answering service takes over after hours and on weekends. We're set up to never miss calls or messages and we stay in constant contact with all of our customers. In the last 12 months we've had no customers with the initials GH. We believe this review is fake. Unfortunately companies like ours have to deal with fake reviews from time to time. As you can see in our 100's of 5 Star reviews we take communication and on time delivery very seriously.
Happy with order.
My window order was processed, manufactured, and shipped in a timely manner. I have been happy with all of my orders with WindowEstore. Quality windows at a fair price.

Need more company’s like this one!
Was told by local vendors in Lubbock after recent hail storm, that it would be 6 weeks to 4 months to get replacement windows. I placed my order online and had windows in 3 weeks. Amazing customer service, price and product. Thank you for making this happen.

Beginning the process of ordering windows was easy and when I called they answered my questions. I will start with one window and if that goes well I will order the remaining windows for my house. I will write another review once the window arrives and install complete.

I only but windows from WindowEstore
Last year we had to build a mini home for my wife approximately 3 hours away from our home due to her work. The build was a 400 square foot home that is insulated in closed and open cell to increase the R-value. Our concern was the windows because of the amount that was planned for the build. 8 windows were to be installed and the build is located in east Texas. I was fairly worried because how hot it can be. Therefore, we decided to look for windows that weren't the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would tell you after installing them, make sure to do your homework and never cheap out on windows. The installation was really easy with step by step instructions. The delivery was awesome because they communicated with me weekly via email and text. I did call once to verify and they were very he[pful. Once in, the windows and sliding door have a robust look and feel. We only had to put in a small mini split A/C that runs off 110 volts due to the insulation and windows. Its basically a yeti cooler in the summer. I timed how long it took to cool down and it was around 12-15 minutes. Due to delivery, installation and look, I won't by any other windows. great company!

Ordered ecostorm windows because it has triple pane windows and I needed something to deaden sound more. Derek, recommended the ecoxtreme with the keep safe laminated which is good for both safety and to deaden sound a little bit. Saved me hundreds of dollars and I know I'll be getting a good set of upstairs windows. Thanks windowestore!

Better than I expected
I ordered online and the windows were a perfect fit. These are ingress, egress windows for a basement, casement style. I was pleasantly surprised on the quality and the excellent open and closure mechanism. The lock latch functions very well, have purchased pella casements and these work much better.
