5 stars because there was a follow-up to check if the necessary amendments had taken effect. Also patience with a non tech client to explain how to use email efficiently.

Had the guys from Wise Guys on helping…
Had the guys from Wise Guys on helping us with both of our laptops the last few days and I have to say the service was second to none. Very professional and helpful and sorted everything out for us. Don't know what I would without you guys - have dealt with Tom and Harry and they are great. Would highly recommend this company.

and did not belittle me in any way. He was willing to attend to different issues in order to help make my life on-screen trouble free. A job well-done!
